Between my full time corporate job, podcast, and family obligations (3 kids now!), unfortunately I have very limited capacity for private coaching at this time.

However, if you are very serious about finally taking control of your fitness and ready to make a substantial financial commitment to do so, I am happy to discuss a private coaching arrangement with you.
